UAT Service Interruption
Today, January 5, a small group of merchants in our UAT (sandbox) environment may have experienced a service interruption between 12:20 - 12:25 p.m. ET. This interruption was an isolated incident and has been fully resolved. There was no impact to any production environment/application.

PayPal has resolved their issue and the CardConnect gateway connection has been restored.

Potential Funding Delay
All funding delays experienced by merchants processing with First Data RapidConnect have been resolved. Any missing deposits that should have been made on Wednesday, October 5 have been successfully issued on Thursday, October 6.

First Data North | Funding Delay
The funding issue on First Data North has been resolved. For those merchants that were affected, any funds that were supposed to be deposited on Thursday, August 4 have been deposited today, August 5.
