Maintenance #2 of 3: Scheduled CardPointe and CoPilot Outage [July 16, 5am - 6am ET]

Please be advised that there are scheduled outages for CardPointe and CoPilot on Saturday, July 15 (5am – 6am ET) and Sunday, July 16 (5am – 6am ET).

During these times, you will not be able to access CardPointe - this includes access via both browser (desktop) and the app (mobile) - and CoPilot. Additionally, funding data received on Saturday, July 15 will be unavailable until Sunday, July 16 at 6am ET, and both the CoPilot API and CardPointe UAT environment (used for testing/sandbox purposes) will be inactive spanning this time period as well.

There will be no impact to payment processing and gateway transactions (e.g. authorizations, captures, and funding of transactions), API integrations, devices (e.g. CardPointe and Bolt terminals), and the CardPointe Hosted Payment Page (HPP).
