On Monday, December 10, beginning at 11:00 p.m. ET, we will be conducting maintenance on CoPilot, which will also impact the CoPilot API and CardPointe Digital Application (for electronic signature). When users visit copilot.cardconnect.com, they will see a maintenance page during this scheduled period. This update will seek to resolve the recent connectivity issues that have occurred and will improve the overall experience for all users.
