Please be advised some merchants may have experienced intermittent issues with tokenization requests on Ingenico devices, including the CardPointe terminal and Bolt P2PE terminals, between 3:45 and 6:30 p.m. EST. These would appear as connection or tokenization issues for these merchants. The issue is now resolved and processing should resume as normal.
