For those who may be impacted by Hurricane Dorian, and unable to use the CardPointe Terminal due to power outages, please see the below alternatives for processing transactions on a mobile device:

1) CardPointe Mobile App (and Device): the free mobile app can be downloaded from the Apple App and Google Play stores. From the app you can process transactions using the Register feature.

2) CardPointe Virtual Terminal: from a tablet or mobile device, you can process transactions with the Virtual Terminal by logging into your account at cardpointe.com.

For any transactions that require voice authorization, please call 877.828.0720.
