On Monday, September 18 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. ET, we will be making updates to our Secure Exchange production environment. If you are using this service, we highly recommend that you pause sending any files to CardConnect until these updates have been made. We will provide a notification when this maintenance period has ended. In the meantime, if you experience an impact during this timeframe, please follow your standard escalation procedures.
