On Thursday January 13 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM ET, we will be updating the cardconnect.com SSL certificate in the Production environment. There is no anticipated impact for most customer implementations. Customers using SAP or Oracle EBS should take steps outlined at: https://support.cardpointe.com/security-resources/ssl-certificate
