At this time, the issue of funding delays for some merchants on the TSYS platform has been resolved. Impacted merchants can expect to see funds deposited normally tomorrow, Sept. 20.

Update

In follow-up to yesterday’s notification that a group of merchants on the TSYS platform experienced a delay in funding, we have been informed that this group has experienced an additional delay for transactions processed on Monday, Sept. 18. We are currently working with TSYS to resolve this issue and will provide additional information as it becomes available.

A group of merchants may be experiencing a funding delay on the TSYS platform, for transactions that were processed on Sunday, 9/17. This issue is currently being investigated and we will provide updates as soon as they are available.
