On Tuesday, October 8th, 2024, from 2:00 AM to 5:00 AM ET, the CardPointe Unattended production environment will be undergoing maintenance.

During this time CardPointe Unattended devices will be unable to connect to the payment application to perform transactions.

If you experience an issue, please follow your standard support and escalation procedures.
