On Wednesday, July 30th, 2025, from 3:00 AM to 4:00 AM EDT, we will be pushing updates to CardPointe Unattended devices. Affected devices will automatically download and install the update. Note that devices will reboot four (4) times during the update process.

There is no anticipated impact to customers or transactions. If you experience an issue, please follow your standard support and escalation procedures.
